Robert John Gergely is a Senior Manager in the Valuations Division with SB Partners, with over 10 years of experience in professional accounting and advisory services. Robert John is qualified as a Chartered Professional Accountant in 2016 after graduating from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University with an Honours degree in accounting. In 2020, he completed all requirements of the CBV Institute, thereby obtaining his CBV designation.

Since 2020, his professional focus has been in the areas of business valuation, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation support services. He helps clients with a variety of matters including taxation, corporate reorganizations, family law, shareholder agreements, shareholder disputes, business planning and mergers and acquisitions and have primarily focused on privately-held enterprises.
