Emily has practiced family law exclusively for the past eight years. She handles a variety of complex family law matters involving litigation and out-of-court negotiation.
Emily is well-versed in issues stemming from separation and takes a caring and pragmatic approach to her client's matters.
She is a trained Collaborative Practice professional and is empaneled as an agent for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer, representing children in family law and child protection matters.
Emily volunteers as a Lawyer Supervisor for Pro Bono Students Canada and is on the Board of Directors for Contact Hamilton. She is a member of the Hamilton Law Association, Brantford Law Association and the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
