Angela Grant-Lee is a lawyer specializing in family law in Burlington She holds degrees in Criminology and Social Work from the Universities of Alberta and Calgary, respectively. She completed her law degree at Queen’s University in Kingston and was called to the Law Society of Ontario in February 1999. Angela began her career in civil litigation with a Toronto law firm. She then practiced criminal litigation as an Assistant Crown Attorney in Brampton. Following the birth of her children, she was employed as in-house counsel for the Children’s Aid Society of Hamilton.
Since 2004 Angela has practiced exclusively in family law. She completed her Collaborative Family Law Levels 1 and 11 training in 2011. She has also completed her training in family law mediation in 2017. Angela enjoys Collaborative Family Practice primarily because it offers the parties with a practical way of reducing their costs and often results in win-win outcomes.
