Lydia Moritz is a Family Lawyer and has her own law practice in Oakville. She graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Bar in 1994. She practices exclusively in family law. Lydia has been assisting her clients through the Collaborative process for several years as she completed her Collaborative training in 2003.
She is a former member of the Personal Rights Panel for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer representing children in child protection and custody and access court proceedings. Former: Board member and Chairperson of Sexual Assault and Violence Intervention Services (formerly Halton Rape Crisis Centre); taught at Bar Admission Courses; Volunteer at The Woman’s Center – Legal Clinic; Presenter at Canadian Mental Health Association; Presenter at Mandatory Information Program and On-Site mediator located at the Milton Court House.
